We're building a platform for independent fitness instructors, with live and on-demand classes that play on the bikes, treadmills, and rowers people already own. Every song in every class is licensed, credited on screen, and paid for.
What we're offering independent artists
We're early, and we're starting with artists and labels who control their own rights. This is the proposed standard offer in plain English. Final terms go in a written agreement.
- Non-exclusiveYou keep full control of your music. License it anywhere else, any time.
- Paid up front and per playA flat fee per track when you sign, plus a share of a royalty pool set aside from platform revenue, divided by how often each track is played. The exact numbers are in your offer letter.
- Credited every timeYour name, track title, and a link to you appear on screen whenever your song plays in a class.
- Your music isn't training dataWe won't use your recordings to train AI models.
- Easy exitAsk us to remove a track and we'll take it out of future classes within 30 days.
- Transparent reportingPlays and payouts reported to you quarterly, with the numbers behind them.
